House rules
We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed in our holiday apartment. That's why we place great importance on ensuring the apartment is cozy and clean.
The following house rules are intended to contribute to a pleasant stay. We ask for your understanding regarding the rules established by the residents and ourselves. By treating the apartment with care, you help ensure that you and other guests can enjoy a satisfactory accommodation. Thank you very much!
House and apartment rules, liability and obligations of the tenant
- Noise is prohibited in the apartment and around the swimming pool day and night.
- Place the clothes drying rack on the balcony so that it is not visible from the outside.
- Towels and similar items must not be hung over the balcony railing.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- The rented property, including all furniture and belongings within it, must be treated with care. The rooms must be adequately ventilated. For example, the bathroom must be ventilated for at least ten minutes with the window wide open after each use.
- The tenant is liable for all damage to the rental property, furniture or other items caused by him or persons accompanying him.
- Any defects that occur upon taking possession of the rental property and/or during the rental period must be reported to the property management immediately in a suitable form.
- Occupancy and overnight stays by more than the agreed number of persons (including children) are prohibited.
Departure rules
The tenants arrange a handover date with the property management company. On the day of move-out, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. The tenants are obligated to hand over the apartment clean and in proper condition. Among other things, the following must be observed:
- The dishwasher is emptied, the dishes are clean and stored in the cupboard.
- All personal belongings were returned to the place where they were found.
- The oven is cleaned inside after use.
- The refrigerator is empty; apart from spices, vinegar and oil, there is no more food in it.
- The bed linen has been removed, but the mattress protectors are still on the mattress.
- All the garbage cans were emptied and all the garbage (garbage bags, bottles, newspapers, etc.) was disposed of.
- The tablecloth on the balcony table was cleaned and put away, and the chair cushions were also put away.
If the aforementioned condition is not found during the handover of the apartment, the property management company/landlord must charge the tenant for the corresponding time spent. The inspection of the rental property, including the inventory list, which must be carried out during the handover, does not preclude the landlord from later asserting claims for damages caused by the tenant.
